Isagenix Teams Up With Make-A-Wish®

Contribution is one of the core values at Isagenix. With the support of our Customers, since 2012 Isagenix has raised more than $8.9 million for Make-A-Wish® in 12 countries, which is enough to help the organization grant more than 938 wishes worldwide! Isagenix Sales Program Coordinator Stephanie Pavey took the stage at NYKO to tell us about a special girl named Mia and introduce us to Mia’s younger sister, Madison.

Meet Mia & Madison

Mia is a brave young woman with a rare blood disease called Diamond-Blackfan Anemia – an illness she’s valiantly battled since infancy. Mia has captured hearts with her personal story of both struggle and hope. Madison is her adorable younger sister who took the stage at NYKO to tell us more about her big sister.

Mia had her wish fulfilled in March of 2013 when Make-A-Wish granted her wish to go to Hawaii with her parents and three sisters.

Madison told us about how Mia spent a glorious week frolicking in the sand, learning to surf, swimming with dolphins, and eating meals with an oceanfront view. The memories created with her loved ones on their Hawaiian getaway were a gift for her whole family. The wish experience served as a part of the healing process for Mia and her family.

Madison explained that she, Mia, and her whole family are so grateful for Make-A-Wish and companies that contribute to its mission, like Isagenix. She also expressed their gratitude for another organization called Be The Match.

Be The Match is a bone marrow registry that aims to connect patients with certain terminal illnesses to life-saving bone marrow donors. For Mia, her only chance for a cure rests with someone who matches as her donor.

NYKO Attendees Show Their Support

At NYKO, we set up an on-site booth where attendees could offer a monetary donation to Make-A-Wish and/or participate in a 10-second cheek swab for the Be The Match registry to see if they could be a match for Mia or others like her. The participation was overwhelming!

• Purchase product. In the U.S. and Canada, for every individual box of e+™ shots sold, Isagenix will donate 50 cents to Make-A-Wish, with a minimum contribution of $500,000. • Donate monthly. Visit your Back Office, and select “Manage Autoship” under the “Orders” tab to make a $1 or more recurring charitable donation on every order.

• Make a one-time or weekly commission donation. To donate through your commission, simply email your name, Member ID, and the donation amount you would like deducted from each commission to [email protected].
