  • 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 scoop Vanilla IsaPro®
  • 1 drop Isagenix Lavender Essential Oil
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Himalayan sea salt
  • 1 tsp manuka honey (optional)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract (optional)


  • Pour milk in a small pot and warm over low heat. Stir to mix the fat and liquid.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. If adding honey and/or vanilla extract, stir those in as well.
  • Pour mixture into a blender, and blend for 2 minutes.
  • Pour into a glass bottle and shake. Allow to cool on the counter while shaking periodically, then store in the fridge in a glass container. Best if consumed within 1 week.
