Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup cold purified water
  • 2 scoops Creamy French Vanilla IsaLean® Shake
  • 5 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions

  • In a single-serve blender, add all ingredients in the order listed and blend on high speed for 20 seconds.

Notes

Substitute 100% pure pumpkin puree in place of the applesauce to make a Pumpkin Pie Shake.
