Temporary Product Substitution

Ionix Supreme Liquid

Consistent with our no-compromise commitment, we always strive to provide the highest-quality product to our Customers. In a recent quality test of the 32-ounce Ionix® Supreme liquid, we rejected a specific manufacturing lot destined for our Canadian market because it was not up to our stringent standards. While this batch of liquid Ionix posed no health risk, we did not feel it would provide Customers with the product experience they expect and deserve. Be assured that none of this lot has been distributed.

In order to manage the existing inventory of liquid Ionix until a new batch is available, we are temporarily restricting our available stock of liquid Ionix to fulfill Autoship and system/pak orders only. During this time, a la carte orders will be filled with Ionix powder. We are working diligently to ensure that we have liquid Ionix back in stock for all orders by the end of October.

We know that our Customers depend on this important product for their daily health regimen and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
