Nutritional integrity without compromises. New food processing technology means we can harness and stabilize naturally occurring vitamins in ways we never could before. Until recently, we could only isolate and process a fraction of the vitamers within a vitamin. Now, we’re able to do more.
Here’s how it works: A handful of spinach gives us great vitamin and vitamer diversity (see full jar). But when we consume synthesized vitamins (yellow circles), we miss out on the vitamers that are more difficult to process (blue, purple, and green circles).
