Energy System – Is coffee safe to drink?

The consensus on coffee went back and forth for many years, but the latest research shows drinking coffee can be a good way to improve focus and alertness during the day, and can even be a useful boost before workouts. Most adults can safely drink up to five cups of coffee per day. However, as with all things, it is best to enjoy coffee in moderation.
